Red Sea Aggressor IV is a 43.5 metres long and 10 meters wide professional dive yacht, built and and maintained to the specifications of the local regulatory agencies and the regulations of Egypt. It is built and powered for comfort, safety and stability. It is diesel powered, cruises at 10-12 knots and has 220-volt power.

Red Sea Aggressor IV has a beautiful spacious salon, large sun deck with shading, 2 Jacuzzi, chaise lounges and deck chairs, bar.

There is a variety of nightly entertainment, including diving, fish identification presentations, movies, games and more. If you have a favorite movie, digital presentation or a video to share, we encourage you to bring it along. The crew especially loves new releases of movies, recent magazines and books. A small library of books for exchange is maintained onboard as well as fish identification books for reference.

Red Sea Aggressor IV offer guests delicious meals in various styles, with a variety of Egyptian feasts and local cuisine. If you have any special dietary requirements, please add this to your reservation through the GIS and speak to the yacht chef once onboard so he/she can adequately prepare to meet your needs. You will wake up to fresh fruits, hot entrees, cereals and juices. Lunches are buffet-style, featuring hot soups, homemade breads, salads and sandwiches and/or entrees. Dinners are chef prepared and served each evening and include salads, vegetables, seafood, beef or chicken with a fresh homemade dessert. Certain special dietary and beverage requests may not be available due to the remote nature of this location so we highly recommend you bring these items with you. Pork and turkey are not available.

The onboard beverages selection includes fruit juices, soft drinks, iced water, tea, coffee, and a limited selection of local beer and wine, which are complimentary. Due to the high duty charged on liquor, we suggest you bring your special brand from the U.S. Remember, drinking and diving do not mix. Once you consume alcohol, you become a snorkeler until the next day.

Red Sea Aggressor IV's dive deck is spacious and well equipped with personal dive lockers, a camera table with low pressure air hose, two rinse tanks are conveniently located for washing dive equipment and cameras. The aft of the dive deck is equipped with two ladders exit, fin storage and two hot, fresh water showers.

Cabin

Red Sea Aggressor IV has 13 spacious staterooms, it can welcome 26 guests :

All cabins have independently air-conditioned, a private head and shower, porthole view window, mirrored cabinet, hair dryer, fresh towels, volume controls, a 32-inch flat screen TV offering a selection of 400 movies, TV shows and documentaries.

1 Master Stateroom (#11):
Located on the upper deck, cabin size 13.5sqm, this cabin comes with a queen bed (63" x 79"), lage picture windows.

2 Master Staterooms (#3 - 4):
Located on the main deck, cabin size 13.5sqm, each cabin comes with a queen bed (63" x 79"), lage picture windows.

2 Deluxe Staterooms (#12 & 13):
Located on the upper deck, cabin size 10.5sqm, each cabin comes with two single beds side by side (39" x 79"), large picture windows.

5 Deluxe Staterooms (#5 - 10):
Located on the main deck, cabin size 10.5sqm, each cabin comes with two single beds side by side (39" x 79"), large picture windows.

2 Deluxe Staterooms (#1, 2):
Located on the lower deck, cabin size 10.5sqm, each cabin comes with two single beds side by side, porthole windows.

Diving

• 3 - 4 dives per day, an average of 20 - 23 dives per trip.
• No dive on the embarkation and disembarkation day.
• Only 1 - 2 dives will be provided on the last diving day.
• All diving will provide experienced guide to lead the dive.
• 3 - 5 mm wetsuit recommended for summer months
• 7 mm wetsuit recommended for winter months
• The min. age to scuba dive in the Red Sea is 15 years old.

Brothers/Daedalus/Elphinstone

Big Brother and Little Brother - Daedalus - Elphinstone - Marsa Shoana - Sha'ab Maksour

They are pinnacle islands, meaning that below the surface, their walls plummet hundreds of feet vertically down, without any sandy beaches or shallow reefs around. Surrounded by open ocean, chances of spotting big game, such as rays, sharks, and other pelagic predators, are very high around the islands. Grey Reef Sharks, Thresher Sharks, and Hammerhead schools are residents. Oceanic white tip at certain times of the year. 2 x Wrecks on Big Brother (Aida and Numidia), One night dive is offered on this itinerary as night diving is not offered at the Brothers, regulated by the Egyptian Government, however early dawn dives are offered each morning before breakfast.

St. Johns/Daedaulus

Daedalus - Elphinstone - Marsa Shoana - Sha'ab Maksour - Sha'ab Claude - Malahi - Sha’ab Sataya - St John's

Dives along the South of Egypts Red Sea making Red Sea LiveAboard diving the only way to go. Sites like Sha’ab Claudia offer extensive reefs and coral gardens. Coral tunnels and caverns for divers to explore. Reefs such as Sha’ab Mansour and Sataya, divers go deep on the walls to see schools of barracuda and big-eye trevally and sharks as well as further south to St. John's Reef which is known as world class diving. Dolphin Reef at Sataya offers a coral lagoon where divers can spend one or two dives snorkeling with resident Spinner Dolphin pods. Great sheltered bays for night diving.

Deep South

Saturday :
Arrival Marsa Alam or Hurghada, boarding between 2:00 to 4:00 pm to carry out Port Authority Clearances. Yacht must depart Port Ghalib by 5:30 pm Saturday

Sunday – Friday Afternoon :
Red Sea; Eat, Sleep & Dive

Saturday :
Early morning arrival back to Port Ghalib, Check out 8:00 am

Getting There & Arrival & Departure

The Red Sea Aggressor IV operates from the Port Ghalib yacht marina and resort area. All weekly trips run Saturday to Saturday.

The Hurghada International Airport is approximately 4 hours from Port Ghalib and the Marsa Alam International Airport is 10 minutes from Port Ghalib. Below are the airlines that fly into both airports. There are many other airlines that offer direct flights.

Hurghada International Airport (HRG): Turkish Air, Austrian Airlines, Lufthansa & Condor, Egypt Air, Air Berlin

Marsa Alam International Airport (RMF): Egypt Air (seasonal Jan-Mar, Oct-Dec), Swiss Air - year around service once a week to/from Zurich on Thursday, Air Berlin - seasonal flights

Airport transfers are included and complimentary if arriving and departing from the Marsa Alam Airport on the charter start/end dates to and from Port Ghalib Harbor, where the yacht docks. If you are part of the complimentary transfer from the Marsa Alam Airport to the yacht, an English-speaking guide will meet and greet you to assist with your luggage inside the airport and another English-speaking guide will be waiting for guests outside the airport.

Transfers are provided from the Marsa Alam Airport to Port Ghalib Marina when the guests arrive. The transfer to the Marsa Alam Airport after the charter is at 8 am Saturday morning (for 7-night charters). This transfer is only for guests who have flights that depart within 2 1/2 hours. Guests cannot arrive at the airport more than 2 1/2 hours prior to their departing flight (airport rules) One-way transfers to or from Hurghada is $143 for one guest and $69 per person for 2 – 4 guests.

The yacht returns to Port Ghalib Friday afternoon between 2 – 4 pm. A sunset cocktail party will be held then guests may go ashore for dinner at one of the restaurants at Port Ghalib. Dinner Friday night is the only meal not provided with the cruise.

Local Fees/Taxes

At the end of the week, guests must a USD $45 Port fee per person and a USD $105 Marine Park fee per person to visit 2 Marine Parks for either the Northern or Southern routes.

Starting April 1, 2022 a fuel surcharge of $50 pp will be added. These fees are paid onboard the yacht and may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, or cash. (USD, EURO, English pounds or EGP - Egyptian pounds) The yacht cannot accept traveler’s checks due to the banks in Egypt not accepting them.
