Ondina est un bateau de caractère avec un management espagnol et une experience de plus de 15 ans sur les sites de plongées d'Indonesie. Il permet une flexibilité sur l'itinéraire si vous souhaitez faire de l'Explo, c'est un bateau familiale où vous serez tout de suite à l'aise. Il permet d'accueillir 16 plongeurs à bord.
Description
Bateau
Ondina est une goélette traditionnelle ou Pisini de 32 mètres conçue pour le confort, la sécurité et la stabilité. Elle vogue dans l’Archipel Indonésien depuis 2001. Le nom Ondina vient du latin Unda qui signifie vague ou eau selon le contexte. Dans la Mythologie elle est la nymphe de l’eau.
Ses moteurs diesel permettent de voguer jusqu’à 9 nœuds et l’électricité à bord est de 220v.
Ondina peut accueillir jusqu’à 16 passagers dans le confort et l’intimité.
Le pont principal est composé d’un superbe salon-salle à manger climatisé qui est équipé d’une télévision, d’un lecteur DVD, d’une chaîne stéréo et d’un choix de livres, films et CD.
Le pont supérieur est ombragé et des chaises et des tables sont à disposition. Pour les amoureux du soleil il y a une passerelle ensoleillée avec chaises longues et matelas.
Le pont dédié à la plongée est spacieux et bien équipé, avec entre autre des boîtes individuelles de rangement, une table pour les appareils photo, une étagère avec des prises électriques et des bacs d’eau douce pour rincer les équipements.

Ondina a 8 cabines confortables.
Toutes les cabines sont équipées d’une salle de bain privée avec douche, d’armoire, d’un espace de rangement sous le lit et de la climatisation

Parcours ( V.O )
Cenderawasih bay | Manokwari-Manokwari 9D/8N
DAY 1: Pick up at Manokwari airport, transfer to the boat, welcome drink and accommodation. Check dive in the afternoon at one of the WWII Japanese wrecks in Manokwari Bay. Overnight sail to Pulau Roon.
DAY 2: We will spend the day diving around Pulau Roon, Pulau Auri and Pulau Sodompari. We’ll also dive the remains of a Zero plane wreck in the south of Pulau Roon. Overnight sail to Kwatisore.
DAY 3: Dive the bagans (fishing outriggers where whalesharks come to feed on scraps from the night catch of little anchovies) with whale sharks in the Kwatisore area.
DAY 4: Dive around Tanjung Mangguar and muck diving in Nepanyaur Bay in the afternoon.
DAY 5: Wall diving in the atolls, in Spag Point and Wild Fish Ridge. In the afternoon will dive in Pulau Rouw, where we’ll walk along the beach and snorkel in three P-38 WWII planes laying in front of the beach in just 1 meter of water.
DAY 6: Full diving day around the islands of Sewadeh with plenty schooling fish and reef sharks, and Slamipien with stunning hard coral garden in shallow waters. Overnight sail to Numfor.
DAY 7: We’ll do the first dive of the morning in the southeast coast of Numfor before we move to Pulau Manim to spend the rest of the day diving in 8 different landing craft from WWII. We’ll walk along the white sand beach. Overnight sail to Manokwari.
DAY 8: Two morning dives in two of the Japanese WWII wrecks in the Manokwari Bay. Preparation for departure in the next morning.
Banda Sea
Route 1 : North Banda Sea & Kai Islands: Ambon - Tual, Tual - Ambon

Triton Bay | Tual - Tual | 10D/9N
DAY 1: Pick up at Tual airport, Overnight sailing to Pulau Bui.
DAY 2: Diving around Pulau Bui. In the afternoons visit white sand beach located at the south end of Pulau Bui.
DAY 3: Dive two seamounts located at the north of the Bui.
DAY 4: Full diving day in Kurkap.
DAY 5: Two morning dives at Karang Paradise. In the afternoon dive near Tiki-Tiki waterfall, and after the third dive visit the waterfall. After night dive sail to Triton Bay.

Triton Bay
Best time for diving
November to April, most liveaboards visit Triton Bay during the Raja Ampat diving season, as from June the winds and rain can cause unpleasant sea conditions. However, rain is possible in West Papua anytime, not just in rainy season.
Some sites are subject to strong currents here, and the visibility in Triton Bay might change abruptly. Rarely exceeding 20 meters, it can lower to less than 10 meters, especially after a lot of raining in Triton Bay. Most of diving is shallow dives, no more than 35 meters.
About temperatures
Air : generally ranges between 25°C - 31°C year-round.
Sea : averaging around 26°C - 27°C from May to October, 29°C - 30°C from November to April.
Wetsuit Recommendation
We recommend a 3 mm full wetsuit for November to April, a 5 mm full wetsuit for May to October.
Diver requirement

Embarkation / Disembarkation
The nearby airport is Kaimana airport (KNG) in West Papua. However, liveaboards may utilize different ports depends on the itinerary, as often liveaboard trips will combine Triton Bay with other destinations like Raja Ampat, Banda Sea, so please ask our agent to know the exact port for your trip.

Raja Ampat
Période: les croisières plongées sont possible toute l'année a différents endroits, sachant que la haute saison pour l'itinéraire classique est de Novembre à Avril et permet de faire Misool et le Nord. Halmahera
Best time for diving
October to November and March to May, Halmahera can be dived all year round, but due to the monsoon season, from June to September it can be windy and the sea can be rough. And from December to February is considered as the rainy season.
Visibility is usually very good, ranging from 20-30 meters, Inside the bays the visibility may be less. Currents can be strong in the straits, weak in the areas protected by the islands.

Archipel de Derawan
Best time for diving
April to October during the dry season, although the Derawan Islands is possible to dive year-round. And the islands receive consistent rainfall throughout the year. If you want to have the best chance to see manta rays, then try the beginning of the rainy season around November or December. The visibility is usually between 10 - 40 meters, with mild to medium currents.

Air : generally ranges between 27°C - 32°C year-round.
Sea : it is warm all year round, about 27°C - 30°C
Wetsuit Recommendation
We recommend a 3 mm wetsuit throughout the year.

Baie de Cenderawasih
Best time for diving
Mid June to early November, diving is possible year-round, the plankton bloom usually happens between September and early April which attract the whale sharks even more, but you can see them in the bay year round. Liveaboards usually offer trips in Cenderawasih bay when other Indonesian sites are affected by inclement weather between June to October. Visibility can be between 10 - 35 meters here with mild currents.

Mer de Banda
Best time for diving
October to November & March to April, the seas are generally calmer during these months and in October to November there is higher chance to see hammerhead sharks. From May to August the surface conditions can get quite rough.
The visibility is generally good to excellent in Banda Sea areas, except in Ambon bay and in other bays for critter dives. Currents are low to moderate on most of the sites, however, strong currents may occur at times.

Sea : range between 26°C - 29°C year-round.
